Jag has a wealth of experience in facilitating corporate experiential based learning programmes in Singapore, across Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam. Prior to joining Whiz Adventures Pte Ltd, Jag was working full time as a facilitator for 8 years, conducting numerous programmes for both the youth and corporate sectors.

Jag has conducted various programmes for all levels of schools, consisting of: Adventure based, Leadership, Orientation, teambuilding and expedition.

Jag’s professional experiences have also been shaped by six years of military service in the Singapore Army, where she served as a combat specialist, taking on an instructional role. She also acquired numerous skills during her military service, including leadership, discipline, self-confidence and the importance of teamwork.

Jag’s passion for the outdoors and keen interest in working with students had enabled her to have a solid understanding of how to transfer experiential based learning back into the work and school environment.

Bee Theng is a certified teacher who strongly believes in the holistic education of the child. Her understanding of the needs of each school and her wealth of experience in conducting leadership training courses for students have benefited her students greatly.

Bee Theng’s forte includes developing customised training/course materials and activities for the variety of courses requested by schools and developing unique SEL materials and evaluation, which satisfy the course objectives for each school. She is a Certified EFI by MOE and has attained Certificate in Risk Assessment Management (RAM) Course, in which she taps on her knowledge and ensures that all programmes are of the highest standard of safety.   

An ex-national dragon boater, Bee Theng is passionate about sport, the great outdoors, all the values which sport has taught her and a love for the environment. She imparts her experience and shares them with her participants, in order to inculcate good values and moral integrity in the participants.

Bee Theng’s love of nature saw her sponsor and plant her first tree under NParks’ Plant-A-Tree programme in 2010 and she has pledged to continue with sponsoring and planting a tree for her birthday every year.
